Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
Perishables, personalized/custom-made goods, beauty/personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the original and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU orders, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, with items unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
